These terms cover your use of Dr.stretch Bookings, provided by Stretch Health Fitness Limited (ADGM), trading as Dr.stretch UAE. By signing in you agree to them.
Who can use it
Access is by invitation only, for employees of companies that have arranged on-site sessions with Dr.stretch, their coordinators, and the Dr.stretch team. Please keep your sign-in to yourself.
Booking your session
- You can book one upcoming session at a time, up to 4 weeks ahead. Booking closes 60 minutes before a session starts.
- You can move or cancel your booking up to 2 hours before it starts. After that, please contact your coordinator.
- Missed sessions and late cancellations are recorded and reported to your employer as part of the programme totals.
- Occasionally we may need to close a day (for example a public holiday). If that affects your booking we'll cancel it and let you know by email.
Your health
Assisted stretching is a wellness service, not medical treatment. Please tell your trainer about any injury, condition or pain before and during a session, and stop if anything feels wrong. If you're unsure whether stretching is right for you, check with your doctor first.
Fair use
Please don't misuse the app, try to access other people's information, or interfere with how it works.
Changes and availability
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted.
