Privacy policy

Dr.stretch Bookings is run by Stretch Health Fitness Limited, registered in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), trading as Dr.stretch UAE (“we”). This policy explains what we keep about you when your employer arranges on-site stretching sessions with us, and why.

What we store

• Your name, work email address and (if your employer provides it) your department.
• Your bookings – the times you booked, moved or cancelled.
• Attendance – whether a session was attended, missed or cancelled late.
• If you sign in with Google, the email address and name Google shares with us. We don't access anything else in your Google account.
• Basic technical logs (such as sign-in times) to keep the service secure.

Session notes are confidential

Your trainer may keep short private notes about your sessions so each one builds on the last. These notes are visible only to the Dr.stretch team. They are never shown to your employer or coordinator, and they are covered by the confidentiality agreement (NDA) between Dr.stretch and your employer.

Who sees what

• Other employees never see your name – a booked time just shows as unavailable.
• Your company's coordinator sees who is booked when, to help organise the day.
• The Dr.stretch team sees bookings and attendance to deliver the sessions.
• Your employer receives monthly totals (hours delivered, sessions attended) for invoicing.

We don't sell or share your data

We never sell your data or use it for advertising. We only share it with the service providers that run the app for us (hosting, database and email delivery), under contracts that keep it confidential.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and attendance records for as long as your employer's programme runs, plus up to 24 months for invoicing and accounting. If you leave the programme your access is removed straight away, and you can ask us to delete your personal data earlier where the law allows.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it.
